This page explains both routes, what deletion erases, and what we are required to keep.","\u003Ch2 id=\"option-1-delete-your-account-in-the-app\">Option 1 — delete your account in the app\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\u003Col>\n\u003Cli>Open the Prana app and sign in.\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>Go to \u003Cstrong>Profile\u003C\u002Fstrong>.\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>Tap \u003Cstrong>Edit profile\u003C\u002Fstrong>.\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>Tap \u003Cstrong>Delete account\u003C\u002Fstrong> and confirm.\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003C\u002Fol>\n\u003Cp>This takes effect immediately. When you confirm, we:\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>erase the name, phone number, email address and date of birth held on your account;\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>mark the account as deleted, so it can no longer be signed in to; and\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>revoke every active session, which signs you out on all your devices.\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003C\u002Ful>\n\u003Cp>No support request, waiting period or confirmation email is involved. We verify a request against the details already held on the account before acting on it, so please write from that email address where possible. We may ask one follow-up question if we cannot match the request to an account — we will never ask you for a card number or a password.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>We handle these requests by hand. We will reply to confirm, and complete the request within 45 days, extendable once by a further 45 days where reasonably necessary — we will tell you if an extension applies.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Ch2 id=\"what-we-have-to-keep-and-why\">What we have to keep, and why\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\u003Cp>Deletion does not remove everything, because some records are ones we are required to hold:\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Order history and payment information\u003C\u002Fstrong> — amounts, dates, tax data and transaction identifiers — because tax, accounting and payment-network rules require us to keep them.\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Fraud prevention information\u003C\u002Fstrong> — to defend chargebacks and to prevent repeat fraud.\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Security logs\u003C\u002Fstrong>, including revoked sessions — to detect and investigate account takeover.\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Aggregated or anonymized statistics\u003C\u002Fstrong> — these no longer identify you and cannot be linked back to you.\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003C\u002Ful>\n\u003Cp>How long we keep each category of data is set out in the “Data Retention” section of our \u003Ca href=\"\u002Fprivacy\">Privacy Policy\u003C\u002Fa>, which is the authoritative source for retention periods.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Ch2 id=\"other-privacy-requests\">Other privacy requests\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\u003Cp>You can also ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or send you a portable copy.
